minor shipping issues
I ordered the spare prop kit as mentioned above and selected overnight shipping as I was grounded from flying due to a broken prop bolt. I received a kind email the evening of the day I placed the order stating that overnight shipping was unavailable due to location and I would be receiving my order in 2 days. I was still charged the overnight shipment price, and could not order elsewhere due to the time of day (and expect the shipment any sooner). I am disappointed at this aspect of customer service.
