DJI CARE Refresh - 2 Year

The DJI CARE Refresh program is only available to drones that have not been activated or have been activated for less than 48 hours. If your drone does not meet this criteria, please visit DJI's Video Verification program to get your drone eligible for CARE.

You are required to supply your drone's serial number to activate the serivce. When you checkout, use the order comments pane to put in your drone's serial number. If there is no serial number in the order comments, your order will be cancelled.

DJI Care Refresh (1-year plan) includes up to 2 replacements in 1 year. DJI Care Refresh (2-year plan)¹ includes up to 3 replacements in 2 years and extends the original warranty up to 2 years from the date of purchase.

Replacement Service and Accident Protection

Accidental damage is covered by the replacement service², including collisions and water damage. For a small additional charge, you can have your damaged product replaced if an accident occurs.

Flyaway Coverage

If the aircraft³ flies away or gets disconnected and goes missing, you can now synchronize flight records, report your missing aircraft, and pay a replacement fee to get a new product.¹

The Express Option

With the Express Option, after receiving your damaged product, DJI repair center would skip the damage assessment and quotation process, then ship a replacement product to you as soon as possible.

Repair fees are no longer a concern when a non-coverage accident occurs. DJI Care Refresh provides exclusive discounts³ for high-quality repair service.

Factory Maintenance

DJI service centers offer factory maintenance³ covering inspections and upgrades, cleaning, and easily-worn-part replacement to keep your aircraft in excellent condition.DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan provides 1 factory maintenance service in 1 year, and DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan provides 2 factory maintenance services in 2 years.

Rewards for Safe Use

Throughout the service period, if you haven't used any replacements or repair services, DJI will provide you with a 1-year warranty extension³ as a reward.

Exclusive Service

DJI Care has exclusive technical service channels to provide support, including online chat and call support. Your requests will be transferred to DJI Care service channels to provide you with express replacement.

The exclusive International Warranty Service³ allows you to have access to replacement or repair service at any DJI authorized repair center across the globe.

DJI will cover shipping costs both ways anytime a product is sent back for replacement service.
